Author’s Note: This poem is about the book Flowers In the
Attic by VC. Andrews. It is the mother apologizing to her four children for
leaving them in the attic. Throughout the book you can tell that the mother is
slowly becoming a cruel person. You then find that it is the house where they
live that is causing her evil doings.
